The RLE Straight Top 35 mm Bifocal Plastic Transitions® lenses provide visual corrections for 2 fields of vision: distance (always on the top portion of the lens) and near (aka reading, which is always on the bottom portion of the lens). Bifocal lenses are also known as straight or flat top segments.
Transitions® Signature lenses rapidly darken when outdoors and fade back to clear when indoors. Choose from one of the Transitions® Signature tints of Grey, Brown or Graphite Green, or step outside the box and choose from one of the new Transitions Style Colors (limited to specific material and lens design availability) of Amber, Amethyst, Emerald or Sapphire.

The customer is responsible for the charges associated with shipping their frame to us for the re-lensing process using the delivery service of your choice. When shipping your frame to us please make sure that you include the following items inside your package.
Once your order has been completed by our laboratory, we will carefully package your order and prepare it for shipping. We ship your package back to you using the option you selected during the checkout process, which is either USPS or UPS Ground services.
Free Shipping is available on all PRESCRIPTION LENS ORDERS in the USA totaling over $100.00.
