Yes, we require each order for prescription lenses to send, upload or email a copy of the Doctor’s written prescription so that we can validate the expiration date.

We are a completely online optical retailer and do not have a physical store for customer to visit.

The re-lensing process will vary for each customer based on the products and enhancements that each customer has ordered. click here to view our document that show estimated production times.

At this time, we do not supply the customer with a shipping label to send their frame or frames to our facility for the relensing process. The customer is free to choose the best delivery method for them and will be responsible for the shipping charges. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your package as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages sent by the customer.
